How far in advance should I place my order?
We require 7 days notice for orders however, at times, we are able to arrange a rush order. Please contact us directly for any urgent orders.
Can I personalise the message on the balloon and box?
All of our balloons and boxes can include your choice of a customised message on the balloon and box. This will be decided by you at checkout.
Can I personalise the items in the baby hamper?
All items in the baby hamper can be personalised with your choice of name/initials.
How long will the balloon last?
All air filled balloons will last a minimum of 7 days and will slowly deflate overtime. We have had air filled balloons last 10 weeks!
All helium balloons are best within the first 24 hours and should be gifted within this timeframe.
How does delivery/pickup work?
Delivery is available within 25KM of Schofields 2762 after 12PM on weekends. Suburbs outside of this radius will need to organise their own delivery through Uber Packages. Please contact us directly to discuss.
Pickup is available from Schofields 2762.
Can you ship interstate?
We are unable to ship our products interstate due to the fragile nature of the balloons.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We may be able to make adjustments however cannot always guarantee this. Please contact us ASAP if changes need to be made.
The balloon has popped after pick-up, what can I do?
Although our balloons are made with the toughest of materials, we understand that things can go wrong sometimes. We will always do our best to make it right so please get in touch straight away and we can discuss your options.
